CREDIT CARD PURCHASES

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and Paypal through our online store using secured computer network systems. You also can pay by personal checks on money order. Please contact us if you would like to pay with this method. Orders for items that are in stock usually ship within 48 hours via UPS Ground. Ground shipping may take up to 5-7 business days for delivery.

SHIPPING AND PROCESSING FEES

Shipping charge is free on most items for 48 States.(excluding Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. territories). There is a $5 additional surcharge for delivery of non-oversize items to AK, HI and US territories. Delivery to AK, HI and US territories will be delivered US Mail. Oversize items are not available for offshore shipment. Please allow an extra time for delivery via US Mail Parcel Post to offshore locations.

While most of our items are free of shipping charge but you will be charged a 20% administration fee on any returns or any shipment refused by customer. This fee is intended to compensate our company for processing your order, handling and packing theproducts your purchase, delivering them to you, related overhead and other items.

RUSH DELIVERY

Available from FEDEX for non-oversize products. Place order by 2 pm ET, Monday through Friday. Please contact us for the cost of the rush delivery.

RETURN POLICY

We take great pride in the quality of our merchandise. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 30 days of receiving the order for a full refund of the merchandise cost. (less 20% of the administration fee). To do so, please send the return product via UPS, FedEx or U.S. Mail in its original packaging to:

We do not pay for return shipping if customer decides to return purchase. We also do not refund cost of shipping on returned items. Please allow 15 business days for refunds.
